Loyalty Points are valid for the quarter in which they are earned. Be sure to redeem your points by placing an order before the end of the quarter to avoid losing any unused points.
Any rewards you have claimed will appear under “Rewards Ready to Use” on your Rewards page. From here, you can select which rewards you would like to apply to your order.
Yes. Items redeemed using your points that have not yet been used can be returned. Simply navigate to the “Rewards Ready to Use” section, select the item you wish to return, and the points will be refunded back to your account.
Please note: Gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded for points.
You can apply up to 5 eligible rewards per order.
Free Shipping cannot be used in conjunction with free-item rewards or discounts. It may only be combined with gift cards.
