Terms & Conditions
General Eligibility
- To qualify for a Circadia partnership account, clinics must maintain a minimum spend of $500/month (T&Cs apply).
- Accounts are reviewed monthly.
- If no orders are placed within a 3-month period, the account will be closed.
- The value of the Opening Order is excluded from qualification spend for all tier calculations and rewards. Ongoing spend will determine a clinic’s tier status.
Partnership Tier Performance
- Partnership tier benefits are awarded based on a rolling calendar quarter average spend and are reviewed quarterly.
- (4) To qualify for the Blue Diamond Annual Reward, clinics must reach a minimum of $120,000 spend by December 31st.
- To qualify for tier-based recognition and rewards at Elevate, the partner must maintain their tier level for the two consecutive quarters immediately preceding the event. Tier status will be assessed based on total qualifying spend during this period.
Stock Credit Terms
- (1) Credit is valid for 30 days and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or monthly promotions.
- (2) Free Retail Tester benefit excludes Myo-Cyte Serum.
- (3) Circadia Elevate tickets are issued only if the clinic finishes the year (Q4) in the eligible tier. Clinics may pre-purchase and receive stock credit reimbursement upon qualification.
Education Requirements
- Clinics must attend all onboarding group training sessions.
- Ongoing participation in online Zoom trainings and in-person events is expected.
- Clinics that do not meet educational requirements may lose access to certain tier benefits.
